This year is 2013 in which modern house concept is popular. Many people are more interested in this kind of house style than the conventional house. This kind of house is designed minimally. Nonetheless, it does not mean that their satisfaction and pleasure go to lower level. In the contrary, they go increasing. The design of the house put impacts on the interior furniture, color, concepts into more complicated and futuristic. It is different with the conventional or classic house in which the shape of the house also the interior is simple and remarkable. Nevertheless, the futuristic house is a contemporary concept in which its component is very flexible.

Simple Modern House

In building the house, complicated design with various shapes like trapezium, circle, and irregular rectangular sometimes and expensive modern house interior are not needed. Firstly, the house is built simply but dazzling our eyes. We may use rectangular for the house’s shape like the picture below. Like we see on the picture, the roof is flat and as not high as the classic house.

Now, let’s move to the interior. I would like to show you the living room. The room is simply built with dominantly white color. There are two white sofas and a dark brown sofa. They are arranged closely. In front of the sofas, there is a high white rack for displaying your book collection and action figures. The rack is absolutely the part of the wall which built into huge rack. The floor is simply white marmoreal. In the middle, there is a small rectangular white stone table. Now, the next picture below is the bathroom. It is very simple and small bathroom. There are a washbasin with elegant mirror and a shower with glass door. The marmoreal floor and wall make the house look elegant.

Simple Modern House is Elegant

Even though some houses are designed simply, it does not mean that they do not look interestingly. Simplicity is the developed point in order to give more elegant effect. Modern house design in which is simple is also easy to clean and fix.
